DCW Limited is one of India's established multi-product chemical manufacturing companies, incorporated in 1939. With a history spanning more than eight decades, the company has evolved into a diversified chemical manufacturer with a strong presence in basic chemicals, specialty chemicals and polymer products. Its corporate headquarters is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company's major business segments include Chlor-Alkali, Soda Ash, PVC and specialty chemicals. Its product portfolio comprises caustic soda, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid, PVC resin, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (C-PVC), soda ash, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, synthetic rutile and synthetic iron oxide pigments. DCW operates two major manufacturing facilities at Sahupuram in Tamil Nadu and Dhrangadhra in Gujarat. The Sahupuram facility manufactures PVC, chlor-alkali products and specialty chemicals, while the Dhrangadhra plant focuses on soda ash and bicarbonate products. The company also operates captive power generation facilities to support its manufacturing operations.
